Cancellation Policy

At Aureline, orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please include your order number.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, the order will be subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

The time required for the refund to reach your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation requests should be made before dispatch.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may affect your ability to place future COD orders with Aureline.
